You didn't start a company to answer email.

But the day starts in five inboxes. Email, Slack, WhatsApp, a calendar that moved overnight, and the notes you meant to write after yesterday's meeting. Somewhere in there is the reply Priya has waited three days for, and the deck you promised Marcus by Friday. The cost isn't the time. It's the thing that slips. Outrider reads all of it, keeps the few lines that need you, and gets each one ready to finish. That gives you more time every day for the things that move the needle most.

One list. Every loop closed.

Each morning brief holds only what needs you. Every line says where it came from, and comes with its next step ready.

When did I last speak to Daniel?
You last spoke on 14 October, a call about the Harbour pilot. He said he'd send terms after their board meets.

Hi Priya, I'll have the Q3 numbers to you by Thursday midday. The revenue split by product is in the same file.

A plan that fits the time you have.

At most three priorities, sized to your free time. If the day doesn't fit, Outrider tells you before 9am, not at 6pm.

Blocks in the gaps. Deep work, a batch of quick replies and lunch are placed around your meetings.

Focus that holds. During a focus session only a starred person's request due today, or a meeting about to move, gets through. Everything else waits for your break.

The week ahead. On Sunday afternoon: the days with no lunch or no time to think, and the one-to-ones worth moving, with the email already written.

You hold the keys. Always.

Outrider reads a lot of your life. These rules are built into the product, not written into a policy.

Nothing goes out without your tap

Every email, message and meeting waits for you to confirm. The parts that think can never send, share or book. The one exception is yours to set up: a booking link sends the invitation when someone picks a time you opened, with their name and nothing they wrote.

Every line shows its source

Each item names the email, chat or meeting it came from. Drafts only state facts that have a source.

Your messages stay where they are

Email and Slack are read where they live. Your private memory keeps the people, promises and dates, plus your work WhatsApp chats and the notes and plans you give it. Your briefs are kept so you can look back. The send log records that something went, never what it said.

Starred people stay out

Your spouse, your banker, your doctor. Star them and they are never added to memory. If you ask Outrider to watch for their requests, a private read with no memory checks new messages and keeps only what you need to do.

Personal stays personal

Anything you add about your own tax, banking, health or family is marked personal and never linked into your work memory.

Health readings stay private

If you connect a fitness tracker, it shapes your day. The readings themselves are numbers only, kept 90 days at most, and never shared.

Link your accounts. That's the setup.

Type your work email and the code we send you. One button for each account, and each one ticks itself off. No settings to learn.

Before you ask.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can sign in to your email, you can run Outrider. Setup is your email address, a code, and one button for each account.

Can it send something without me?

No. Every send, booking and share waits for your confirm. The part of Outrider that reads and drafts has no way to send at all.

Is it another app I have to check?

It replaces checking. One brief in the morning, a short card if things change while you're away, and an interruption only when something is worth one. Each alert tells you why it reached you.

How does it know how I write?

It reads what you've sent and keeps a few short notes on your style, never the messages. You can see the notes, and forget them, at any time.

What does it run on?

Android and iPhone, with a Mac app for the desk. It can also send the brief to Slack if that's where you live.

More time for the things that move the needle.

Outrider saves you time every day, so you can be the best version of yourself. We're letting founders and executives in a few at a time, and we set each one up personally.

We'll write to you within a week. No newsletter.
